  1. Description Install.exe 6.13.20 1.67mb. Install.exe is our newest signed installer program to install the KEYLOK device on the end-users machine.It has the same integration abilities and the same command line switch options to ensure backward compatibility with your application.

Demanko Logistics is a licensed Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Licensed National Motor Carrier established in 1992. This is a dedicated touch panel driver for combination and use with an interactive plasma display.

Driver Restrictions
  • Response may be slow if the above operating environment is not met, or if the application software being used places an excessive operating load on the driver.
  • Windows® 7/8 are supported. (Please be aware that operation is not guaranteed with any other operating system.)

Restrictions on Driver Competition

When driver software produced by another company is installed on a computer in which the driver software that is included with this product is installed, or vice versa, the software may not install properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then re-install it. Also, if driver software produced by another company has been installed and is started simultaneously with the driver software that is included with this product, an error message may be displayed that says, 'The driver has already started.' If this occurs, shut down the driver software, and then start the driver software that you wish to use.

* When using whiteboard software, please use Whiteboard Software Ver. 3.1 or later.

* There is no need to install the driver software (CD-ROM) that is included with the Touch Panel. If it is installed, the dedicated touch panel driver for use with an interactive plasma display may not operate properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then install this driver software.

* Prior to installing or uninstalling this driver software, disconnect the Electronic Pen Adaptor and Touch Panel from the USBterminals of the computer.

* There is no need to restart the computer after installing/uninstalling this driver software.

Downloading and Installing the Software

Driver Restrictions
  • The mouse emulation feature cannot be used on the login window that appears at Windows startup, when restoring from the suspended state or when the screen saver is unlocked. The mouse emulation feature is activated after you log in.
  • There is no remote wakeup feature that activates the screen from the suspended state by touching the touch panel.
  • If your system does not meet the requirements above or the applications use up too much memory, the response of the touch panel may slow down.
  • Only Windows is supported. (Operation is not guaranteed in other environments than the above.)
  • If using Windows Vista/7 and user account control, the touch panel does not respond to touch when windows, such as the Properties window, that require administrator authority to access appear.

Restrictions on Driver Competition

If you try to install a driver from another manufacturer in the same computer in which this Driver software is installed or inversely try installing this Driver software in a computer where another driver is already installed, the driver may not install properly.
In such case, uninstall the current driver and then install the new driver.
Also, if a driver from another manufacturer is started up while this Driver software is already running, the error message 'Adriver is already running.' may be displayed.
In such case, quit both drivers and then start up the driver you want to use.

  • Windows XP x64 Edition computer with physical memory of 6 GB or greater should be connected via a USB 2.0 hub with power supply. Depending on your environment, a USB hub with power supply may be required regardless of the condition above.
